Oyster Plant looks good and performs well planted among rocks, boulders or the roots of existing trees. It requires little care and will form large clumps over time.
Oyster plant can be grown in full sun or shade on nearly any well drained soil south of Orlando and further north along the coast. It is quite drought tolerant and can be grown in shallow soils whether near rocks or amongst the roots of existing trees.
