Hawaiian Ti (pronounced "Tea") is one of the old favorites in the landscapes of South Florida and as a houseplant throughout the United States. The red to purple striped foliage adds year round color to our tropical landscapes. Its size is just right for an upper level accent in multilayered beds.
Ti Plants can be grown in full sun, but the best foliage and hence the best color results when they have light shade. They can be grown in a wide range of soils in irrigated landscapes south of Palm Beach County and further north along the coast. They are not salt tolerant, however, so don't plant them near the ocean.
Delivery is free within Broward, Miami-Dade, and southern Palm Beach County.
