Modern materials along with traditional stone masonry techniques provide a very weather hardy material. Crushed stone and portland cement fiberglass are combined to form a very durable composite material. Styles are rough cast and then hand finished to provide the fine detail. The design has an antique finish providing a slightly weathered appearance.
